New Brazilian Portuguese Trainer Text

The Brazilian Portuguese version of Tarn's training text will be updated at today's server restart, courtesy of ATARI.

Server Version 1.31.72

Fixes for ongoing server restart problem (server would hang while shutting down and require manual intervention before restarting).

Terra back up

:-\  Blown UPS took out the fiber optics Internet feed over the weekend.  I've yanked it in the meantime and all seems to be back up and running.
